Here's What You Need To Know If You Want This Career…

  • You can grow with us and build a stellar career where the sky is the limit in terms of your growth. Training starts at 5 hours/week and working up to 15 hours/week by the end of 3 months, and up to full time position as our team grows.
  • You can live anywhere in Canada as long as you're available for work during regular business hours in the eastern standard time zone.
  • You need to have 3 years of experience in the financial industry as an administrative associate or higher position
  • You know how to interpret investment, pension, mortgage, loan and insurance statements because you understand the terminology
  • You have experience in maintaining compliance standards
  • You have experience using retirement projection software an asset
  • Being LLQP licensed preferred
  • You can expect to start between $17.00 - $19.00/hour CAD

Wondering What The Nitty Gritty Of The Role Includes?

  • Reducing our Certified Financial Planner’s financial paperwork, processing and data entry by 90%
    • Prefilling investment and insurance applications and transaction forms
    • Understanding and entering data from pension, investment, loan, asset and insurance statements into Net Worth Sheets and retirement projection software.
    • Understanding and data-entering recommendations provided from our Certified Financial Planner’s into a draft plan
    • Ensuring compliance is completed for every client interaction
  • Filtering incoming emails, communicating directly with clients to accommodate their requests where appropriate and compliant.
  • Growing Pulse’s presence, connections and interactions on LinkedIn by 30% by year-end
  • Continually looking for ways we can improve the systems, tools and processes we use
  • Using our automation process exceedingly well
  • Broadcasting newsletters and posting regular content on our social media
