Do you have an ambitious list of goals you want to accomplish, from where you are now all the way through retirement? Without a plan,
those goals are really just wishes. A comprehensive financial plan allows you to
feel confident about your finances, accomplish your goals faster, and make financial decisions that align with your values.
Do you have one or two goals you need help to accomplish, or do you need a second yset of eyes on your portfolio to know where you stand
for your retirement goal? A strategic session might
be right for you.
Comprehensive financial planning means working together to create an all-encompassing plan. If we feel we are a good fit for the long-term, we can implement it together so you can start accelerating your wealth right away. Then we meet every year to re-evaluate your plan and change it as necessary.
Your financial plan covers everything from:
short-term goals like increasing financial security, going on family vacations and purchasing rental properties, to
mid-term goals like renovating your home and helping the kids through post-secondary, to
long-term goals like having the retirement you’ve always dreamed of and leaving a legacy to your loved ones.
For this option to make sense, you should have a minimum available cashflow of between $1500-$2500 a month to allocate toward your financial goals. If that does not currently describe you, there are a few other ways we can work together!

What types of investments should I put my money in so that it is working harder for me than it currently is?
I have a chunk of money just sitting idle that I want to invest. I need to understand the risks of each investment option, and to see how the different scenarios would work.
Is it a good idea to get into real estate in my situation? What would happen if I did versus if I didn’t?
Should I pre-pay my mortgage, or pursue a different option to maximize my wealth?
Is it a good idea for us to purchase a rental property?
Our current home isn’t meeting our needs but we don’t know if we should renovate it, sell it & buy a new one, rent it out and buy a new one. I want to see how each of these options would affect our finances.
How can I minimize my final tax liability on death so I can leave a larger legacy to my family?
I know our financial security is lacking, all we have is group coverage through work. Can you help me build a nest egg, understand what our insurance gaps are and provide solutions to gain optimal security?
