Here’s What You Need To Know If You Want This Career…

  • You can grow with us and build a stellar career where the sky is the limit in terms of your growth. A succession opportunity is available within about 9 years.
  • You thrive on the-sky’s-the-limit full commission structure.
    • You already have a strong lead-gen pipeline
    • We will provide and implement an additional marketing strategy to help build your clientele
  • You acknowledge that you likely would need to leave your existing clients where they are when you start with any new firm
  • You are licensed in Ontario
  • You have at least a QAFP designation or you’re working towards it
  • You are on board with adopting our proprietary PULSE planning process
  • You are okay with parking your Mutual Funds License potentially indefinitely for two other proven investing styles

Wondering What The Nitty gritty Of The Role Includes?

  • The skill of speaking with clients about money on a level they can easily understand. A true financial expert can distill complex financial matters into simple, non-intimidating verbiage
  • Following our proprietary 5-step PULSE process exceedingly well
    (If you are not already familiar with the planning process we use, that is okay! If you are exceptionally strong at following instructions, you will succeed)
  • Analyzing the client’s current financial situation and then making recommendations to clients that align with their goals while always acting in their best interest
  • Think "Jack-of-all-trades" – we have a promote from within company structure and are a small team, so you can expect to be cross trained on many different tasks as your role grows within the company
  • The not-so-sexy but vital-for-the-industry parts are:
    • Maintaining compliance
    • Continued training with classes, workshops, webinars, professional publications, professional networks and associations
    • Expanding existing relationships
    • Developing new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, social media marketing and content creation, and referrals
