Starting and growing a financial planning firm is hard. Over the last five years I have worked diligently to figure out the systems, processes and tools and build a solid network of other key financial professionals to support my clients comprehensively in reaching their goals.

We need a partner in crime so we can continue to grow and take on new clients while still being able to provide the top tier service to our existing clients. We are excited to bring more planners like you into our firm and mentor them.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • 3+ years of experience in the Canadian finance industry
  • LLQP licensed preferred
  • QAFP or CFP preferred

Wondering What The Nitty gritty Of The Role Includes?

  • The skill of speaking with clients about money on a level they can easily understand. A true financial expert can distill complex financial matters into simple, non-intimidating verbiage
  • Following our proprietary 5-step PULSE process exceedingly well
    (If you are not already familiar with the planning process we use, that is okay! If you are exceptionally strong at following instructions, you will succeed)
  • Analyzing the client’s current financial situation and then making recommendations to clients that align with their goals while always acting in their best interest
  • Think "Jack-of-all-trades" – we have a promote from within company structure and are a small team, so you can expect to be cross trained on many different tasks as your role grows within the company
  • The not-so-sexy but vital-for-the-industry parts are:
    • Maintaining compliance
    • Continued training with classes, workshops, webinars, professional publications, professional networks and associations
    • Expanding existing relationships
    • Developing new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, social media marketing and content creation, and referrals
